Popula is not an emergency service
Popula does not provide continuous real-time monitoring and is not an emergency-response service. Popula nurses are not available 24/7 for urgent or emergency situations. Response times to messages and check-ins are not guaranteed.
When to call 911
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately if you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe bleeding or injury, loss of consciousness, severe allergic reaction, or any situation you believe is a medical emergency.

Popula's role
Popula provides care navigation, connected monitoring, and proactive follow-up support between medical visits. We work alongside your existing healthcare team. We are not a substitute for emergency care, urgent care, or your primary care provider.
